Shipping Policies
We now offer a flat rate of $2.95 for all items (Domestic US Only)! If your order is over $59, we'll waive domestic shipping costs (use coupon FREESHIP) or $2.95 off everywhere else.
All orders ship within 3-10 business days. Custom orders may take longer but will ship no later than 3-10 business days after proof approval. If you are ordering multiple items, just pay for the first item's shipping and each additional item is FREE SHIPPING. We will provide a tracking number with delivery confirmation within 48 hours of shipping the item, but usually immediately. If we do not meet the estimated processing time-frame, we will credit your shipping paid (full refund for domestic orders, 50% for international orders) at your request.
PLEASE NOTE - You will be responsible for ALL taxes and fees, including but not limited to, duty, import, taxes, or VAT. You also may be forced to pay these before receiving your item. The shipping charges you pay to us only covers the actual shipment charges. If you believe that the postage was shorted and you are being asked to pick up the difference, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve these cases.

Return Policies
All orders come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of order (or 14 days from delivery, whichever is later).
If you are unhappy with your order or the item arrived damaged, we will be happy to offer you a replacement item, credit for a future order, or a refund (see below). The customer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling costs unless the mistake was on our part (e.g. a spelling mistake that was correct in the order form, etc.) in which case, we will provide a prepaid label or instruct you to ship at your expense and reimburse you the money. All CODs will be refused and returned to the customer at the discretion of the carrier. Due to the custom nature of these items, we cannot offer full refunds for orders that have already been processed.
To return a product, please follow the below instructions:
- Contact us with the reason for requesting a return.
- If accepted, we will provide you with an RMA number and return address.
- Return the item within 14 days (with all original packing materials and included extras) with the RMA number listed clearly on the outside of the box.
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure that everything was included and contact you with instructions on your replacement, credit, or refund.
- Replacement: We will ship an identical item in 3-5 business days. You will be required to pay shipping.
- Credit: We will credit your account for the full amount of your order, minus shipping and processing upgrades. You will then have 30 days to use the credit in our shop. You will be required to pay any amount greater than the credit and any applicable shipping. If the credit has not been used within 30 days, we will issue a refund to your account (see below).
- Refund: We will refund your original order amount minus shipping, processing upgrades, and a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be the greater of 25% of the order or $10, not to exceed 50% of the original order amount before tax, processing upgrades, and shipping.
Items that are NOT eligible for return, replacement, or credit:
- All shipping and processing upgrades unless specifically noted otherwise.
- Items that are not in NEW condition with all original packing materials included.
- Items that were partially applied or damaged during the application process (we may offer you a discounted replacement at our discretion).
- All clearance or discounted items (this does not include coupons used during checkout).
- All personalized and custom orders (including but not limited to monograms, names, and other personalized requests).
Additional Information
If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before placing the order. We will do our best to answer questions as quickly and accurately as possible. For orders that have already been placed, we will try to accommodate all requests, but may be unable to due to timing.
We try to be as accurate as possible in the depiction of each item, but due to the nature of all custom work, the final product may differ slightly from what is pictured or described. If you are in doubt, contact us with any questions.

Application:
- A free application guide and test sample comes with every order (or can be found here - http://appguide.creativefunvinyl.com/).
- Make sure that that the surface you are applying the vinyl to is clean and dry.
- Take care not to touch the back of the vinyl when applying as the oils on your skin can cause the vinyl to not adhere.
- For best results make sure that the application surface is between 50 and 90 degree F.
- Unless noted in the listing or communication to you, all of our vinyls come as a single piece for easier application. Some larger or oddly shaped vinyls may come as two or more pieces. These will be clearly listed in the description and each piece will have some sort of alignment aid(s) to help with applying.
